Chris Tso was born in New York City and started playing the guitar at age 11, performing in bands through junior high and high school. He ended up in Syracuse, New York after a stop at SUNY Oswego and was playing in clubs in upstate NY by the age of 16.

He started the New York Flyers with Phil Dalessandro and played with the group for almost twelve years. Based out of Syracuse, the band played clubs, schools, and medium scale venues regularly traveling the East Coast, from Canada to Florida.

After returning to NYC, Chris played with The Kenny Lee Band, Head For Tall Trees, Jean Louis and The Lost Boys, The Pleasure Bombs, DaDaDah, Cha Cha Fernandez and The Slumlords, and Sacred Addiction. He now lives on the West Coast and continues to play.
